1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mwin8" — refers to the online gambling platform accessible through the official website, along with all services, features and content provided on it.
• "Member" or "User" — any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the mwin8 platform.
• "Account" — the personal record created once an individual has successfully registered on the mwin8 platform.
• "Bonus" — additional funds or credits credited into a member's account based on ongoing promotions.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of funds from a member into their mwin8 account using a supported payment method.
• "Withdrawal" — the process of transferring a balance from an mwin8 account back to the member.
• "Wagering" — the total amount of bets that a member must place before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Platform" — the mwin8 website, mobile application or any other official medium provided by mwin8.

Any term not specifically defined in this document shall be interpreted according to its common meaning in the online gambling industry.

2 Membership Eligibility

Before registering on the mwin8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. The mwin8 platform does not accept registrations from individuals below this age.
• Have full legal capacity to accept and comply with these terms and conditions under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be a permanent or contract employee of mwin8, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• Registration is for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion from any online gambling platform.

mwin8 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the mwin8 platform. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held.

During registration, members must provide information that is true, accurate and current. The information required includes:

• Full name as stated on the identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Exact date of birth
• An active mobile phone number registered in your own name
• A valid and active email address
• Bank account number or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

Members are fully responsible for the security of their password and account login details. mwin8 recommends that members use a unique password and not share it with any other party. Any activity that occurs in your account is your own responsibility.

mwin8 reserves the right to carry out an identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) on any account at any time. This process is standard in the online gambling industry and is intended to protect members from fraud.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

mwin8 supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia to facilitate member transactions. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount for each transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• mwin8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits, however payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the member's own name.
• mwin8 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a member's identity before approving a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or first-time requests.
• All wagering requirements related to bonuses must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mwin8 offers various promotions to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, in addition to the following general rules.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. The applicable wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per member, per account, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• mwin8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any abuse or fraud involving bonus claims may result in the cancellation of the bonus and closure of the account.
• In the event of any conflict between translations, the English version of the bonus terms shall prevail.

5.3 VIP Programme and Cashback

Loyal mwin8 members may qualify for the VIP programme, which has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier carries a different weekly cashback benefit — starting from up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, 1.2% for Platinum and up to 1.5% for Diamond. Progression to a higher tier depends on a member's activity level and loyalty over a given period.

6 Member Conduct and Responsibilities

mwin8 members are responsible for ensuring their use of this platform is lawful, responsible and compliant with all stated terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised tools to manipulate games or transactions.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system errors — mwin8 reserves the right to void related transactions.
• Collusion between multiple members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity conducted through the mwin8 platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal gambling and recreational activity.

mwin8 operates an active fraud detection system. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken, including account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

7 Limitation of Liability

mwin8 provides the online gambling platform "as is" without any implied or express warranties regarding continuity of service, accuracy of information or fitness for a particular purpose.

mwin8 will not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of a member's own betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mwin8's control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters or third-party actions.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of this platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers.

mwin8's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the mwin8 support team via live chat or email. An account closure request will be processed once all active bets have been settled and any eligible balance has been withdrawn.

mwin8 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms in this document
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents
• Registration information found to be false or misleading
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authorities

In cases of account closure due to a violation, mwin8 reserves the right to withhold any balance linked to fraudulent activity while an investigation is carried out.

9 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

mwin8 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of this Terms and Conditions document at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official mwin8 website.

It is the member's responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the mwin8 platform after any amendment is published is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

mwin8 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant amendments via email or in-platform notifications, though this is not an absolute obligation.

This document and all disputes arising from it are subject to the applicable laws under mwin8's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration tribunal.
